This notice explains how the Niisitapi Gaming Commission (NGC) handles personal information collected through this website, including contact enquiries and applications from Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers.

Information we collect

Enquiries: your name, email address and the message you send us.

Applications: business and registration details, jurisdiction, business address, website, contact details and relevant professional experience. CSP applications also ask about authorisation or recognition. ADR applications ask about independence, impartiality, confidentiality, complaint handling and technical integration capability.

Website security: technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, is processed to operate the website, manage sessions and prevent misuse. Staff account and security information is used to manage authorised access to the website administration system.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, verify applicant email addresses, assess provider applications, communicate with applicants, maintain related records and protect the website.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application. Do not include identity documents, financial records or unnecessary information about other people in free-text fields.

Storage and sharing

Application information is stored in the website database. After email verification, it is available to authorised staff and sent to the designated application notification addresses. Contact enquiries are delivered by email.

Hosting and email service providers process information to support these services. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and external services

The website uses a necessary session cookie for secure forms and staff sign-in. Browser localStorage remembers dismissal of the cookie notice across tabs and visits until cleared, with sessionStorage as a fallback when persistent storage is blocked. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and request information. Google describes its processing in its privacy information. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.

Security and retention

We use access controls, email verification and other security measures to help protect information. We retain enquiries and applications for the time needed to respond, assess applications, manage any resulting approval, and meet applicable legal or regulatory recordkeeping requirements.

Application verification links expire after 24 hours. Expiry prevents confirmation; it does not itself delete the application record.
